Choose from classic favorites, seasonal varieties, and fun specialty flavors for an easy homemade-style breakfast, weekend treat, gift, or addition to your homestead pantry.

Available flavors include Blackberry Vanilla Bean, Lavender, Strawberries & Cream Sourdough Style, Cake Batter, Old-Fashioned Buttermilk, Sourdough, Cinnamon Roll, Brown Sugar, Pumpkin Spice, Regular, Gingerbread, Red Velvet, Christmas Morning, and Strawberry Waffle.

Each 10 oz package is $6.00.

Made Fresh & Flavor Availability

Our pancake mixes are prepared in small batches. Some flavors are kept in limited quantities, while others are prepared by request. Please allow a minimum of 7 days' advance notice for all orders. All orders are subject to ingredient and flavor availability.

If your preferred flavor isn't currently prepared, you may still request it when available. Simply select your desired flavor to see its current availability.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available on Friday and Saturday. Please select your available pickup date during checkout.

Friday Pickup: 6:00 PM-7:30 PM
Saturday Pickup: 3:00 PM-6:00 PM

Please choose your pickup date carefully. Our preparation schedule is planned around confirmed orders, and we cannot guarantee availability before or after the scheduled pickup window.

If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup, please notify us as soon as possible. An alternate arrangement may be possible depending on availability but is not guaranteed.

Failure to pick up your order during the scheduled pickup window does not qualify for a refund, credit, replacement, or complimentary remake.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available on Friday and Saturday during the available delivery time slots shown at checkout.

You do not need to be home to receive your order, but you must provide a safe, accessible location where your order can be left.

If your order contains an item requiring refrigeration, please leave an appropriate cooler with an ice pack available if you will not be home.

Once an order has been delivered to the designated location, Exotic Gardening Farm Home Bakery is not responsible for the product, including loss, theft, weather exposure, temperature changes, animals, insects, or other conditions occurring after delivery.

Indiana Shipping

Eligible shelf-stable pancake mixes may be shipped to Indiana addresses only. Shipping is not available outside Indiana. Shipping availability and applicable charges are determined during checkout.

Cancellations, Refunds & Order Changes

Because our bakery products and mixes are prepared or reserved specifically for customer orders, sales are final once the order has been prepared.

We do not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, replacements, or complimentary remakes for missed pickup dates or pickup windows; arriving outside the scheduled pickup window; failure to be available or provide an accessible delivery location; failure to provide a cooler and ice pack when required; customer scheduling conflicts or changes of plans; incorrect flavor, quantity, pickup/delivery method, shipping information, or date selections made by the customer; or products left unattended after pickup or delivery.

Please carefully review your flavor, quantity, fulfillment method, date, shipping information, and other order details before completing checkout.

If Exotic Gardening Farm Home Bakery is unable to fulfill your order on our end, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

By placing an order, you acknowledge the made-to-order or limited-batch nature of our products and agree to our ordering, pickup, delivery, shipping, cancellation, and refund policies.
